How do I make my reservation for a cruise?
Making your reservation(s) is easy! Simply click on the Request A Quote link and fill out our form. The more information you give us the better we are able to find the perfect cruise for you and/or your family. We will then contact you to go over options and complete your reservation(s).
Do you accept last-minute bookings?
There is no better time than the present to start planning your next adventure. Since space is limited, the earlier you start planning, the better your room options, discounts, and upgrades will be.
What if I have to cancel my cruise?
We understand that sometimes cancellation cannot be avoided. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have to cancel your cruise. Refund and cancellation policies vary by cruise line and we will notify you of any penalties prior to canceling your reservation. Please send us your cancellation request by email at info@vergaragrp.com or by filling out our contact request.
How do I know my reservation is safe with VGI?
Your reservation with VGI is made directly with the cruise line. VGI acts in your best interest to ensure you have a stateroom that meets your expectations, destinations that interest you and are safe. Therefore do not worry, it’s safe and secure.
So what are your payment and cancellation policies?
Our policies are aligned with those of our travel providers. We follow the same deposit, payment, cancellation (and anything else) policy set forth by the cruise line. Always remember to read your confirmation. We always send you the cruise lines confirmation which has important information on it.
What do I do if I cannot contact anyone?
If by any chance you cannot get in touch with us and you have a time-sensitive issue,
(i.e., final payment or need to cancel your reservation), please contact the cruise line directly.
